Hi Permar,
When Auto Mailer is sending through your SMTP server, there is no "sent items" folder. That folder is part of your e-mail client (Outlook, Outlook Express, etc...) and is not involved when Auto Mailer is sending through your mail server. If you used the MAPI sending method, then your emails are sent through your mail client, and you would have a copy in the sent items folder.

|

I've changed the send method and I use MAPI Client but I've had the following error.
MAPILogon Error: There was no default logon.
Supplied Name/Password failed to log on.
I try with empty profile and my profile. I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2000.
I need use MAPI Client method because I need to save sent items.
Thanks, |

Hi Permar,
Check to make sure you have Outlook set up as your default email client in Windows. See "Control Panel / Internet Options / Programs".
Also, if you can accept only having a log of what emails were sent (not the actual emails), you can use "View / Sent List" after you run a job, and Auto Mailer will show you a list of all the sent emails.
