My list of 4100 only loaded 406

What would be the reason of a full email list not loading to be sent - out of a list of 4146 - 406 loaded and sent

Do you mean that only 406 were even attempted to be sent? If so, your mailing list only had 406 lines formatted properly. You might look at your mailing list with a text editor, like Notepad, and see if you can spot the problem. The other (unlikely) possibility is that the rest were removed because they were duplicates, and you had on the option to remove duplicates (File / Options... / Advanced Options... / Skip Duplicate Recipients).

I have since remade a few differnt lists to send - each time automailer attempts to send, it chooses a random amount to attempt to send never the entire list. You have mentioned that the list may not be formatted correctly and I am unsure how that would happen as I make the enitre list in one export from my Database and put it in notepad, so I find it difficult to comprehend that out of 4149, 404 were formatted correctly and out of 1658 only 256 attempted. I am baffled at this point

Hi monserie,

Thanks for sending the log file and mailing list. The problem is that you have double quotes in some fields in your mailing list. Whenever you have a field that contains a double quote, that whole field must be surrounded with double quotes. For example, if someone has a name of:

John "Too Tall" Smith

you would format your mailing list something like this:

Name,E-Mail
"John "Too Tall" Smith",jsmith@domain.com

Once you correct this, your mailing list will work as expected.
